Arinara Beach Resort Phuket - Sha Extra Plus, Bang Tao Beach (Phuket)

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is convenient with beautiful beach access, and the pool area is lovely. However, the dining options weren't as great as I expected, and I faced some issues with service. While it is a clean and spacious property, certain aspects need improvement, especially regarding the food variety and staff hospitality.

My stay at Arinara Bangtao Beach Resort had its ups and downs. Firstly, the location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the beach, which I absolutely loved. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a decent variety and quality, possibly matching 5-star standards. However, the pool area was often overcrowded with not enough sunbeds available, which really dampened the experience. The service left a lot to be desired, especially during the New Year Gala dinner where I felt misled about costs and service quality.

I had a delightful stay at this resort, which boasts a prime beachfront location and spacious rooms. The swimming experience was enhanced by having a swim-up room right next to the main pool. While the breakfast options were good, there were some areas that could be improved, like providing better basic amenities in the rooms. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway with convenient access to local eateries.
